Based on the teachings of Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki’s natural healing methods, Reiki schools offer training and education curriculum comprised of a variety of in-depth energy healing lessons. While course length depends on individual schools or training sessions, students interested in becoming a Reiki practitioner may expect the following set of classes with relation to Japanese Reiki: Level I Beginners; Level II Intermediate; Level III Master Practitioner; Level IV Master Teacher.
